Here we have the highly requested headlight conversion harness for the usdm 88-91 Civic/CRX chassis. This Adapter is sold in a set (Left & Right). It is a 100% Plug n Play adapter which converts the USDM "EF" 2 bulb headlight harness to a single bulb headlight. will work for both the ZC and SiR (glass & plastic) headlights. 
 
This new upated version has upgraded the relays being used from a standar relay to fully sealed relays to help keep moisture and debris away from the contacts. A must for those who like to hide the wiring under the bumper cover/support.
